Good News!  SmarTrip transactions can once again be made at the PRTC Transit Center.

PRTC has installed and completed testing on a small device that can be used to check value and add value to your SmarTrip card.  SmarTrip transactions (no debit cards) may be made in PRTC's lobby Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.  

Of course, customers may continue to add value to SmarTrip cards on PRTC buses by using the electronic farebox, but to prevent delays please limit on-board loading of your card to three bills. 

Customers also may add value to a SmarTrip card (debit cards accepted) at any Passes/Farecard machine at Metrorail stations.
